Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking for an administrative position with real impact and room for initiative? We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Contract Desk team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and reconciling sales contracts, reviewing external agreements, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all documentation related to transactions made by our traders. You’ll play a central part in maintaining oversight of the entire administrative contract process.
You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and report directly to the Team Lead Contract Desk. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your understanding of a dynamic, international business environment while bringing your own suggestions to improve how we work.
Duties
Review and correct commodity purchase and sales confirmations entered by traders in our internal traffic system
Review contracts received from field offices and third-party brokers
Create and review sales contracts in our automated system to ensure accuracy and completeness
Confirm commodity contracts with third-party counterparties
Reconcile all contract documentation to ensure everything is aligned and properly recorded
Monitor contract status in our traffic system and follow up with responsible parties as needed
Manage business rules to determine appropriate contract clauses for assigned commodities
Actively participate in projects focused on improving processes and developing the department further
Vereisten
HBO Bachelor’s level, of thinking in MER or similar, preferably in Business/Administration;
Good English skills;
Thorough attention to detail, strong administrative skills, highly accurate and the ability to work in a structured way;
Is curious, has a proactive working method and wants to take ownership in the role;
Proficiently able to communicate with different kind of stakeholders within the organization;
Has the drive and creativity to come up with necessary improvements.
