Application Support Specialist

As an Application Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business applications. You'll work alongside a diverse team of over 170 professionals, spread across 8 main teams, all dedicated to achieving excellence.

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible to implement the changes in our IT landscape;
• Safeguard the overall process and the SLA for incidents and service requests;
• Maintaining and creating test plans related to projects or changes;
• Maintain relationships with vendors to create support that will benefit when doing application incidents, changes, and projects;
• Responsible for maintaining a healthy IT landscape;
• Responsible for change implementation following our Change Management process.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Application management.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology preferred.
• Solid understanding of IT and business processes.
• Experience in a global, cross-cultural environment.
• Proficiency in vendor management and operational support.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages for development-related tasks.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency is advantageous.
• ITIL certification, preferably ITIL V4.
