Business Controller

Responsibilities:

As a Business Controller, your primary responsibilities include:

• Preparation, analysis, and communication of the global Trade P&L for various commodities.
• Utilizing your accounting & controlling expertise to enhance the quality of trade results.
• Conducting mark-to-market valuations of commodity, derivatives, and freight positions.
• Proactively engaging with departments across various offices.
• Serving as the main contact for internal stakeholders, providing key insights into financial implications.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Economics or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an audit firm or similar role.
• Practical attitude, strong communication skills, and a proactive, no-nonsense mentality.
• Accurate, with strong analytical skills and a team-player mindset.
• Curiosity and eagerness to understand the intricacies of the company's business.
• IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
