What will you do?
As a Life Cycle Solution Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for our customers throughout the entire life cycle of their products. You will provide advice on maintenance, upgrades, and retrofits, ensuring that customers achieve maximum performance at optimal cost. You will actively contribute to customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and service excellence.

Your responsibilities:

  • Proactively selling valuable service solutions

  • Maintaining and optimizing customer relationships

  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing structural solutions

  • Collaborating with colleagues worldwide to deliver the best customer solutions

Vereisten

What do you bring?

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Strong communication skills in Dutch or English

  • Experience with systems such as MS Dynamics, Salesforce, or SAP

  • A hands-on mentality and problem-solving mindset

  • Willingness to travel (internationally) if required
